This event is solely intended as a technical meeting for members of the EBC Brewing Science Group and their personal guests.

18h30 - 19h00 Arrival of members of the EBC Brewing Science Group and their guests at the Browar Stu Mostów brewery, ul. Jana Długosza in PL-51-162 Wrocław, followed by beer and a buffet dinner (as of 19h00). Launch of the collaborative Schöps project (Browar Stu Mostów, Brauerei Distelhäuser and EBC). This event may also be attended by EBC symposium delegates without further surcharge (to be indicated upon registration).
